Inspired by more explicit representations of fear, Bailey Schneider crafted this fully-illustrated comic based on a true ghost story. Amy Gollwitzer opened her restaurant Ferrante’s in the Old Grafton Hotel knowing that there was something spooky in the building. What stands out about Gollwitzer is her expression of respect and kindness where others would respond with fear. Schneider has included both the illustrated comic and a podcast to shed light on the story of Gollwitzer and a ghost named Fred.
Bailey, production associate, is a senior studying strategic communication and earning certificates in graphic design and printmaking. When she’s not memorizing hex color codes, you can find her running up a tab at Paradise Lounge.
